Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens sometimes! But please be aware at booking that both our times are important! If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the full service before being rescheduled it must be paid in full before being seen again. After 2 appointments cancelled/rescheduled client will be required to pay 50% deposit to book future appointments, which will be nonrefundable. All No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointments value at end of working day. I will charge card on file, this booking system will continuously attempt to run card on file until received.
Late arrival: THIS IS A CASE BY CASE SITUATION- WMK holds all right to refuse service. I will honor the time allotted for your appointment, by offering 15 minute grace period for massage and body treatments, and 5 minutes for all sugaring appointments. If you are passed that mark you will be shorted the service with a 10% late fee applied on top of full service fee.
